Connecticut Law Trib Publishes
Article
on Legal Recruiting
 The
Connecticut Law Tribune, Connecticut’s only weekly
newspaper devoted to covering the legal community, published an
article
on when and how law firms and corporations should use a legal
recruiter for key hiring. Written by Michael Lord, Andrew Gurman,
and Jon Lewis, the article appears in a special June 2010 section
covering “Law Office Administration & Management.” Click

Andrew Gurman Presents CLE
 In
April 2010, Andrew was one of three presenters at a CLE on
the basics of social networking for legal professionals that
included a Q&A on the appropriate uses of "Linked-In,"
"Facebook," and "Twitter." The
CLE, which was attended by about 70 attorneys, was sponsored
by the Westchester County Bar Association. Andrew's handout
from the CLE can viewed by clicking

The Real Deal Quotes Michael Lord
 The
Real Deal, a monthly magazine covering New York City’s
residential and commercial real estate market, recently quoted
Michael Lord in a profile about Adam Leitman Bailey, a successful
New York real estate attorney. In discussing the growth of
Bailey’s law firm from one to over twenty attorneys,
Lord said, "It's
a very impressive feat. I've seen other firms add partners,
but I haven't seen it go from point A
to point B quite like [Bailey’s has], at least in the
real estate field."
Lord Featured in Book about Legal Recruiting
Michael
Lord was selected as a contributing

candidates, and closing a deal.
With

the 260-page volume offers first-hand
insights into the current and future
state of the profession, provides
